7K a year We are looking for an Office Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Duties will also include providing support to our managers and employees and assist with daily administrative activities.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Answer phones and greet visitors Collate and distribute mail Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, reports and other correspondences Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical Liaising with customers and vendors Liaising with staff in other departments Manage accounts and assist with bookkeeping tasks Data entry This candidate will be assisting Management with various administrative tasks at times.
Therefore, they must possess a professional demeaner, work well with others, provide excellent customer service and be able to work independently.
Must be organized, punctual, and eager to learn.
Attention to detail is important for this position.
